I moved from a contract with vodacom to prepaid. Upon doing so, I have not been able to access the internet. I am paying for a service that vodacom is refusing to deliver. No matter what I do, no vodacom store/consultant is willing to take ownership/responsibility for the problem and see it through or fix it! They all just read me the same script off their PC screen. Its like vodacom consultants are unable to THINK for themselves.
I have been into five different vodacom stores. I have phoned into to vodacom's customer care on numerous occasions and NOONE has been able to help me. All the settings on my phone are correct. My internet APN is set up correctly. If another person asks me those questions I will scream. I dont understand why it is not possible to fix this problem from Vodacoms side? This is not the first time I am having problems with vodacom. I dont want to, but I may be forced to move to another service provider like MTN. This is just ridiculous!
