I have a MTN contract for 3G. When I called in January to make sure when the contract would be ending, i was told the 16th of Janaury. When I asked if I had to cancell/terminate the contract. i was told it would do so automatically after the 16th of January.
I got billed in February again, but never queried it because I was under the impression that it was for the month of January. In march, i got married, so a little to busy to notice that MTN had again billed me for for same contract. I have just seen that MTN have taken the money off my account again this month. After I was promised that the contract would be cancelled in January. and it would then work as a prepaid modem. Please MTN R378.99 for three extra months is on your part. I would like my money to be given back to me. I was told one thing on the phone in January and it did not happen. I want someone to call me back with the details of my refund or I will be cancelling my business cell phone contract and moving it over to another service provide
