Network Problems and Bad Service Received

Good morning

service received form MTN Network.
I have been having network problems since last night, from 22h23 till now.
I have done network search and changed it from automatic to manual.
I fail to comprehend why is the my phone working on other networks.
Cause I have tried Vodacom and it pick up the network.

This morning I called their customer services centre and was assist by Nokwazi.
She wasn't helpful and asked for my IMEI number. She said I must go to the MTN Service Centre.

I am without a phone, been advised to go to Sandton Service Centre.
Please put my number back on the network so I can port out, I am gaat vol!
