I have yet to receive a phonecall from Blanche as promised regarding me being handed over to NuDebt for almost R20 000.00. I have now received a final demand from Nudebt, threatening to remove my assets! I am willing to come to CellC headoffice at your earliest convenience to rectify your mistakes. I will not rest until retribution is made. I do not have a cellc contract, I terminated the contracts I had 6 times in 2011. I have dealt with just about every person who works at CellC and I have never got so much as an apology form anyone. I have had many words with Funiwe who was at that stage trying to sort out the mistakes YOU people have made and I still have her cell no. on my phone, 084 791 5656. I got no joy from Sidefree either. If I am in arrears of almost R20 000.00 then why is this the first time I am hearing of this? You were able to find my email address on record to pass on to Nudebt, but you haven't sent me statements proving that I am in arrears month after month... According to you I owe you this money - According to me I not only owe you ZERO Rands, but I do feel it necessary to take this matter further. I expect some clarity on this matter as soon as possible.
