2.5 WEEKS FOR COLLECTION???

I UPGRADED MY CONTRACT AND RECEIVED MY PHONE WHICH WAS DELIVERED TO ME ON THE 28 MARCH 2013. WHEN I GOT HOME I REALISED PHONE IS FAULTY - DOES NOT SWITCH ON OR EVEN CHARGE. I THEREFORE REPORTED THE PHONE WITHIN THE 7 DAYS AS GIVEN ON 02 APRIL 2013. EVERYDAY I HAVE BEEN CALLING TO GET FEEDBACK ON THE COLLECTION AND EVERYDAY I GET THE SAME EXCUSE "MAM, ITS OUT FOR COLLECTION TODAY" AND THAT PASSES BY AND NOTHING IS COLLECTED. LAST WEEK CELL C TOLD ME THAT RAM HAVE MY INCORRECT CONTACT DETAILS I THEREFORE GAVE THEM THE RIGHT CONTACT DETAILS (WHICH I STILL DONT UNDERSTAND AS ITS THE SAME PEOPLE THAT DELIVERED MY PHONE). POINT OF THIS WHOLE FRUSTRATION IS THAT ITS THE 3RD WEEK AND NO COLLECTION HAS BEEN DONE!!! WHAT KIND OF SERVICE IS CELL C / RAM DELIVERING? I WILL CANCEL MY CONTRACT AND CELL C WILL REIMBURSE ME AS I AM PAYING FOR A FAULTY PHONE AND THE SERVICE IS HIGHLY DISAPPOINTING!!! WHY CAN I NOT TAKE MY PHONE TO THE CLOSEST CELL C STORE TO ME??? WHAT IS THERE THAT CELL C IS LOSING? WHY DOES A CUSTOMER HAVE TO GO THROUGH ALL THIS JUST TO ACCOMMODATE CELL C AND RAM???

I AM NOT HAPPY AND I HOPE OTHERS LEARN TO NEVER EVER DO YOUR UPGRADE VIA CELL C SALES DEPARTMENT.
