Cell C ported my number to wrong account

Last Friday I went to your store at Northgate shopping centre and took out a contract with an iPhone 5 handset and requested a port for my cellphone number 0832669145. Simple enough. However what they did was to port my number to a pay-as-you-go account and give me a new 074 or something number for my contract. They are now struggling to fix the mess and put my old number on the contract (as stipulated in the contract). This is my business number that I have had since 1995 and cannot change it. I now have an iPhone sitting in a drawer and I am using an old phone with a pay-as-you-go account and wasting money on higher priced call charges as well as having a useless and unusable contract which I have already instructed my bank to stop payment on. Every day I call them and they say they're trying to fix it and not to call them as they have my number and will call me but don't. This will not do, please sort out this mess immediately. Also my name, address and details on the contract are wrongly entered and different to what I wrote in the application. My contract number is 10310130111617428266. I emailed the contracts department asking for urgent answer but they failed too reply.
