I have a Cell C contract with Altech Autopage cellular for a Blackberry Z10.
Since day one the data signal keeps dropping.
Altech has replaced my sim card, as well as the handset with new ones, but the problem still persists. This has been going on for over a month now!
Other people I know (my boyfriend and dad) also has Cell C contracts for internet data dongles with Altech. They are also experiencing the same problem as I am with my phone. Their internet signal drops, hangs and most of the time is too slow to even browse the net. This has resulted in a lot of their data being lost, as their contracts does not allow for the data to be rolled over from one month to the next. It has also meant that they are using my Vodacom dongle to browse the net to be able to do what they need to, which is costing them extra money.
