Vodacom & Game play ping pong with customers!

I have been a Vodacom customer since I was 16 and recieved my firsth cell phone. 13 years later and I will never renew a contract with Vodacom. Vodacom offers deals through Game Stores, but then passes the buck to Game. I was due for an upgrade so I went to Game and signed a new 24 month contract with Vodacom. I upgraded from a blackberry to a Samsung Galaxy S3. I was not told by vodacom or Game that I needed a new MicroSim and had to do a Sim Swap otherwise I would not have bought that phone. I then got home and realized I couldnot use my new phone so I phoned Vodacom Call Centre. Lerato (Assistant Manager) told me that they could not help me, although I am a Vodacom Customer, I needed to go to Game to get a new MicroSim and do a sim Swap. So then I phoned Game and spoke to Belinda, the same sales lady who sold me the phone, who told me she thought we knew we needed a new sim card but that Game doesnt do sim swaps, so they can help me. Tell me Vodacom, why do I have a contract with you?? If you are going to offer to do business through suppliers like Game, make sure they offer good service or dont use them to do business becuase you have just lost a customer for life!
