All im saying is i need the manager or ceo to have the decency on calling me back please dont get one of the team members to call me, as i have my phone calls recorded that a team member cannot help me, i want my contract cancelled if c cover wont pay for my phone damage, i want to know am i paying for the sim card or phone, c cover tells me they cannot cover repairs because i had a vodacom sim card im my phone, YES i did that's because if cell c checks there history they cut my services although payment was received so i took a vodacom sim car [ which is More reliable and made a call ]
i need assistance from higher management please dont get nelly to call me i want to speak to someone who can make decisions from higher management as i dont have time waste i need my phone back ASAP
