Name still not cleared

Hi,

I had an issue with my account about 2years ago and eventually I cancelled the contract and paid the settlement amount in the beginning of 2012.

It is a year later and my name still hasn't been cleared. The last communication there was regarding this account was on 29/11/2012 saying that it would take 7 - 14 working days to clear my name on ITC, almost 8 months after the account was settled.

Till date my name is still not cleared. I will be taking this matter to the CPA as I'm done begging to have name cleared.

A year later and still nothing has been done.
