My Telkom account has been suspended incorrectly!!! We were offered to pilot the new broadband service through Telkom about 4 months ago which we accepted! Promised that there were no additional charges and if we did not want to continue with the pilot we would just go back to the normal service we had which worked perfectly fine for us until now!
Since the pilot was over our bills are in total mayhem and NOW OUR ACCOUNT IS SUSPENDED UNBEKNOWN TO US!!!
I AM NOT IMPRESSED TRY WAKING UP TO A TELKOM LINE BEJNG SUSPENDED ON A SUNDAY MORNING AND NOT BEING ABLE TO GET HOLD OF TELKOM BECAUSE ALL YOU SPEAK TO IS VOICE PROMPTS WHICH EVENTUALLY CUT YOU OFF!!! Terrible TERRIBLE SERVICE!!! I NEED SOMEONE TO CALL ME NOW! I am DISGUSTED!
