Vodacom no solution but do

On the 4 aprili received a sms for a sim swap i then phoned vodacom 082111 to stop it but i was told that i need to go to vodashop to stop it so i went when i got there they told me i need a sap case no to stop it but i do have until the next day to do so i then went home and at about 5:30 i relized that me phone line has been blocked so when i phoned my number a other person picked up my number i asked him why he has my number and his reply was "if it is your number tell vodacom to give it to you" and he droped the phone so when i phoned 082111 they asked me when i last recharged i looked in my bank and saw 1500 was recharged to my number the vodacom done a soft block on my number so i did not have my phone number but the did and vodacom could do nothing so when and risk from vodacom got hold of me they said they would block any sim swops on my number and on saturday my number was restored to me so on monday morning another sim swop was processed on my number and i called it and they blocked it so department assured me nothing would happen again and they dealing with the call centre agent on friday he got my number again and by saturday still no joy
