FURIOUS CLIENT PART 2

After taking out a contract with Altech Autopage in February 2013. In the first month I was billed R700 more than what I supposed to be billed. After logging a complaint via Hello Peter immediate contact was made via Neliswe Mthembu on behalf of Autopage. She agreed I would be given a once off credit for the over charge in FEBRUARY. I stuck to my end of the deal which was to pay an amount of R601.63. When I received my second account I once again received an over charge of R224.14, once I queried it I was told this is for gprs charges between 27 and 28 FEBRUARY 2013. I queried this exactly 7 days ago and up to now the query has not been resolved getting hold of Neliswe Mthembu who bears knowledge of the dispute is like finding a needle in a hay stack. Calling Altech or going to their shops is a TOTAL waste of time, everything goes through an incompetent head office who is happy to transfer your call to the next person on your expense... How much more of my time will I waste trying to get decent service?
