Its pretty much a norm that Autopage can charge you what they like, change the terms of your contract when thy like but you as a consumer have no protection. I renewed two of my contracts in November 2012 on an MTN Topup 100, with a free phone. Autopage changed my contract to My Talk 100, aded CLIP, added a device fee as well as a psotage fee, which I did not subcribe to. In addition on one of my phones they stopped the BIS service. i have tried to resolve the isues since six weeks ago regular calls to autopage etc, but to no avail. I have also asked them to cancel my contrats as it is not per my agreement with Autopage they refused. Autopage keeps charging all kinds of fees I now have a content fee charge but on one can tell me what it relates too. The service from Autopage is disgiuisting you are told your call is escalated and someone will call you, they never do. I urge Autopage clients to be aware and direct your emails to the CEO Boyd Chislett on [email protected], za its time we are consumers are treated with dignity and stop been ripped off.
