Money deducted twice from my account - my problem

On 11.04.2013 I purchased a MyMeg 100 data bundle by smsing "MyMeg100" to the number 100. The bundle costs R49. R49 was immediately deducted from my airtime. On the evening of 11.04.2013 I received a bank notification (sms) that R49 was deducted from my bank account AS WELL. On 12.04.2013 I phoned customer services to query (Ref S3-TNK19-9QCSH). I was told that the second deduction (bank account) does not show on their system. The query has been forwarded to admin department and they should get back to me within 48-72 hours.

Tell me, since when do I have to wait 2-3 days to get money back which was illegaly deducted from my account in the first place?! Whether it shows on your system or not, the money was deducted from my bank account and I want an explanation.
