I dont know what the point is of sending proof of payment to Cell C... They just dont allocate it!!! This has happened before where i have to wait weeks for my payment to be allocated to my account. Once again... i have paid cell c and emailed and faxed the proof of payment through. I even CC'd the previous person who handlede my previous query... NOTHING!! I am going to italy this weekend and i need my roaming activated. How the am i supposed to use my phone in italy when my account is suspended because the accounts department dont do their job and allocate my payment!!! I am disgusted with cell c. I am not going to use them or recommend them to anyone! I will rather move to vodacom or mtn with hopes that my debit orders will go off and if i make a payment that at least they will allocate it timeously. I cant wait weeks with a suspended account. What happens if im in an accident and i need to phone. I cant use my phone in emergencies because the accounts department dont do their job!!! Cell C needs to have a reason for the fax line and proof of payment email address!! At the moment i think they just have it there for piece of mind!
