So I was at the MTN store 3 weeks ago to open contract with Samsung pocket and 32" TV and was told it will take up to 2 weeks for the TV to be delivered. I contacted the delivery company only to find out that my order was sent through this week only. Now I have to wait another 2 - 5 weeks for the TV. So I refuse to pay my account until I receive my TV as this was included in my contract package.
Since I've been with MTN I have only received bad service. I have just cancelled my one contract with you guys because of bad service and if I continue to receive services like then I have no choice but to cancel this one as well.
