Customer Care Service From Vodacom

Worst service ever!!
I call in to inform them that my Boyfriend who has a contract with them has a problem with his contract phone. He cant receive calls nor make any calls. the phones says his not registered on the Vodacom network and can not even call the Vodacom customer care. I call the 111 number and explain everything to them spoke to 3 agents who clearly don't know what they doing!!! Cindy takes the other number to contact him on only to tell him to contact the technical department of Vodacom... knowing he cant dial out. Second call I speak to a lady who really tried to help and put me through to Marsher. we sounds like I am bothering her by needing help. I explain the long story again and explain he cant call out himself and that he need the phone for his work. she still ask me so how must she get hold of him after I told her the other lady called him on an alternative number. At this point i was and told her there is an alternative number... Marsher tells me... not to have an attitude (towards her stupidity) and not shout then just says ok and ends the call after i gave the number...

i wonder why we still use Vodacom!!
