Cancelled Contract in February -Still being billed

On the 3rd February 2013 I cancelled my contract on the above number at the Phoenix Plaza branch and signed a new contract. I was promised a prorata refund for the amount that I had already paid for the month of February 2013. This did not transpire. I was billed in March for the full amount and now I noticed that again in April I have been charged again
