After 9 weeks, a broken router, very bad customer service, unresponsive call centre, unanswered e-mails, poor communication, two hellopeter complaints (see hellopeter link below for my complaint below), faulty information,

I have finally gotten a replacement router, a ZTE MF10 with a retail price of R585, to replace the defective router that I ordered (a Netcomm Myzone router, that retails at Cell C between R1500 and R1800).
I'm not even going to complain anymore. I'll go home and see if this router works, because I need Internet at home for my work, and I have lost enough time. The best I can hope for is that my connection works.
I do not care if Cell C gets back to me. There is no other way to put this - horrifying customer service. I have never experienced it to this level. After the past 9 weeks, there is no way I can turn my statement around in good conscience.
To prospective Cell C Direct Customers - take a look at my previous two Hellopeter entries regarding Cell C. Believe it or not - every word is the truth - I have the paper trail to prove it.
