I struggled 2 weeks to get any form of true service from MWeb Business. I was handed from one consultant via the call desk to the next and the next (Nkosi, Thabo and Sipho). Phoning several times daily to find out what was the issue with my order for internet as a business, all I heard was "we will find out and get back to you" but they never do! I also got hold of the account manager's email and he also was not prepared to assist because it is the consultatant's job. Then a lady, Pabalo resonded and it sounded positive. She had an Architecht, Hamelton visit us and a project manager (Aya) assigned... they too promised speedy service the same day... still waiting however!!! Pabalo and Hamelton acknowledged that the call centre consultants did not know what they were doing, now it seems to be the case with the entire MWeb. Pathetic
