I HAVE BEEN INCORRECTLY BILLED FOR MY CELL C ACCOUNT FOR 2 MONTHS IN A ROW.
I HAVE CONTACTED THE CELL C SUPPOSED "CUSTOMER CARE" LINE, WHEN ALL I GET IS PLACED ON HOLD FOR MORE THAN 10 MINUTES, THEN GET PUT THROUGH FROM PERSON TO PERSON.
I RECIEVED A REFERENCE NUMBER TO MY QUERY IN DECEMBER, PHONED CELL C NUMEROUS TIMES SINCE THEN, BUT TO NO AVAIL.
NOBODY SEEMS TO BE ABLE TO DEAL WITH MY PROBLEM.
LAST NIGHT I AGAIN PHONED, A SUPERVISOR WAS MEANT TO CALL ME BACK, AND WHY AM I NOT SURPRISED THAT TO DATE THEY STILL HAVE NOT CALLED ME BACK.
I WILL BE CHANGING MY SERVICE PROVIDER, AND CANCELLING MY CONTRACT.
BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE AND INCORRECT BILLING.
I AM DISSATISFIED AND IF THIS MATTER IS NOT RESOLVED I WILL BE GOING TO THE PRESS.
