I reject your response as I have contacted WASPA & Opera interactive with the following responses:

According to our records, all of these WASPA members have confirmed that they have either unsubscribed your number from any of the services they run, or they have confirmed that you were not subscribed to any of their services. Based on this, we think that your request has therefore been resolved.

I would like a refund of the amount due.

PS: Please phone me directly to resolve, Hello Peter reply not sufficient.

Our subscriber terms and conditions do not make specific reference to content charges. MTN enters into contractual relationship with WASP's (Wireless Application Service Providers), and acts as an "enabler" to the WASP's by making the network platform available and providing a payment gateway.

For any dispute regarding Wasp content subscription/ deductions, please lodge a complaint directly with Waspa either via [URL Removed] or on 0114767710.
