I have now been on the waiting list for a white, 16G, iPhone 5 from Cell C for three months.
I have gone into the store numerous times to find out when they're getting more stock and they keep on telling me to come back in a months time. Some of the staff members did try to find stock for me today but they didn't have stock of the specs I wanted.
How can Cell C advertise and promote a contract and deal when they do not have enough stock to meet their customers demand? Surely they shouldn't promote it?
After making the decision to leave Vodacom (after 12 years of being with them) and move specifically to Cell C due to their new offer, I truly expected better service. Attracting new customers with enticing deals only for them to find that the product isn't available can't be good for business nor their reputation. Then, to top it all off, the poor staff in store have to bear the brunt of it.
