Still Billing me for a cancelled contract

I cancelled my Contract (Acc: I1483439-8) with Vodacom on the 27 Aug 2012 and because it was due to expire in Aug 2013 I had to pay a penalty. Vodacom gave me a Premature Cancellation Quotation (Ref:246124) for the amount of R4, 326.73 witch I paid the same day via EFT (Ref:801C27B14E-1). So according to me the account is settled and paid. 4-months later I get an Invoice again from Vodacom for the same amount. I phone Vodacom and emailed them the proof that this account has been settled so they can rectify this account. Again today 09 April 2013 I got another Invoice for the same amount. I spoke to Ashlin from Vodacom today in regards to this account. Each time I spoke to somebody from Vodacom they told me this account will be rectified and closed up. But I still get invoice from them. Please can I get one specific person from Vodacom in dealing with this matter? Each time you phone Vodacom its different people and different stories.
