I have a domain registered with Telkom [Email Removed] and the last 12 months have been trying to cancel the domain.
I have emailed the domain cancellation dept so many times [Email Removed] and every time i get the following email back
According to our records, your request has been resolved. If you have any further questions or concerns, please respond to this message.
If the request has been resolved to your satisfaction, please do not reply (as this will re-open the ticket automatically).
When you reply the same message is returned
The next month the account is recieved and another R15 is billed to the account.
This is not acceptable and need to be resolved
