This company is debit money from my account without my permission, i don't know where they got my banking details from, i have been trying to stop this debit orders they debit different amounts R99, R199, R249 & R299, I don't know what is that for, it all started last year September after i received a platinum card, i thought it was one of those promotional card that they send to people i just throw it in bin as i didn't want it & i didn't even activate it, I have been trying to cancel this debit orders with them no luck, i tried with my bank still no luck even receive a bad service from my bank trying to stop this debit order, they keep changing reference numbers, i tried calling them the phone just rings, i am so frustrated i don't know what to do, i don't want switch banks. i don't know what kind of a is this company running, because what they doing in my account is
