I have a cell phone contract with Autopage and I also took out insurance with them - the insurance company they deal with is Finerite. I lost my phone a month ago and informed Autopage about it. I provided all the necessary documentation. Autopage claims that they have submitted my claim to the insurance company Finerite and they waiting for the phone. After 1 month I still haven't received the phone. Every time I call Autopage to enquire they keep giving me stories. I thought Autopage is a reputable company, clearly I was mistaken.
