I logged a complaint 5 days ago, requesting my number to be unsubscribed from mtn play.
Wenzile Masina responded and confirmed that same has been cancelled - which is not true. I am still receiving sms' and being billed for this, even though confirmation has been received.
This is unacceptable. See below for ease of reference.
