Neotel are absolute incompetent rubbish

After several failed attempts to get my contract changed from Lite 199 to Lite 99 through Neotel's total incompetence, I decided to cancel my account. The retention department then rang me and promised to fix it if I stayed with them, I stupidly gave them another chance, I was also promised that I would be credited with the over payments they had deducted from my account. No one bothered to contact me to tell me whether or not they had successfully converted my account. I therefore stopped any further payments from being taken from my account. I today received an sms telling me my account is now in arrears for the amount of the lite 199 package
I contacted Neotel to ask them why I was being charged the Lite 199 when I am supposed to be on the Lite 99 package, I was told that this will only take effect from the 1st April 2013 as that is when I changed it. I informed them that I changed the package on the 7th February 2013 and they have totally ignored my request. They informed me that my account is now in arrears and must be settled in 48 hours or the service will be suspended. I have since confirmed my previous cancellation of my contract.
