On the 7th December 2012 is the last time we received our statement, invoice and itemised billing sent to my e-mail address for our business account. We did a name change about 1.5 months ago. I have called on 2 occasions asking for my bill (which should include statement, invoices and itemised billing) for last month which I still have not received. I also checked that they have my correct e-mail address. I was given a reference number of 5600551, which no one could trace.
I am extremely disappointed in the service received. The problem which I also experience with call centres is that there are never supervisors to take calls or a land line number on which to phone in order to get help from someone who is competent and able to do the job requested.
I also have not received the latest months account via e-mail.
