Autopage cellular NEVER provide feedback

My wife is an Autopage cellular user of many years. I have been urging her to change providers but she remains loyal. Firstly when we phoned the clerk in the store told us that they were very busy and that they could not speak on the phone. That was weird. Anyway, the clerk sorted themselves out - and we got onto business. We wanted to upgraded her contract and asked for an iPhone 5. The store in question had no stock which is fair enough. They told us that they would be getting stock on the Friday, which was three days away - the day came - no word from Autopage. On Saturday we called to be told that they are expecting their stock at 13h00 and that they would phone - It is now Monday and I am still waiting for the call. I am now advising my wife that it is time to move. We will make enquiries about porting her number to another operator and we will move to someone who firstly has stock, or if not, will honour their commitment about when they expect stock.
