My contract came to an end and I cancelled in good time (Nov 2012) - and THAT wasn't an easy process. Eventually received a confirmation email saying that the last debit order would be 1st Feb 2013. Of course it went off my account again on 1st March - emailed Virgin and they apologized and refunded my money (but NOT my bank fee for the debit order) about a week later.
So I was rather astounded when I just noticed that it has gone off AGAIN this month. Obviously Virgin Mobile's accounting systems and/or personnel are sub-standard.
REFUND me my money IMMEDIATELY including the R18.70 in bank fees that I have to pay. And give me proof that you have cancelled the debit order.
