I just want to cancel my Contract

How difficult is it to cancel a vodacom contract, Come on. On Saturday I spoke to Aslam on the vodacom Chat line to try and get my contract cancelled with vodacom. after trying MULTIPLE TIMES on the cancellation line 082 1958 where no staff seem to work because no one answers.. never the less. Aslam assisted with great help Thank you Aslam, He advice that all I now need to do is send an e-mail with my id stating that I would like to cancel my 071 number as I have already PASSED yes PASSED my contract termination date which was 03/03/13 if i remember correctly. I did this, my first e-mail contained my written request and My ID now I'm getting anthoner e-mail I need to send My ID etc WHAT THE... is One e-mail not good enough anymore. Is this the way VODACOM tries to retain clients by making it difficult to cancel a Cellphone contract.

Clearly no one actually looks at there e-mails and Guess what, Some one will probably give me call and ask me to send it again, whats new serioulsy it weird how Large Companies are always quick to black list us if we don't pay, but as soon as we want to cancel, oh no you can't you first need this then that. I understand you have processes.
