I reported my line not working at Wednesday 27 march. they have up until today not sorted it out. they have even migrated my number without my permission. every time i phone they say that i must contact a different department or that the department is not working on these days. i even went to telkom towers in pta to speak to someone. were so lazy that the person at telkom did not want to leave their office and rather spoke to me over the phone at reception. i am loosing a lot of money and business. telkom is useless. what must we do telkom to get your attention. i am a paying customer but you are not a helpful service provider.not even to mention our internet that is never working. telkom land line ref 32cti270313/ internet ref 259ctz060413
