In November 2012, I complained about cell c incorrect billing on my account. The problem was then sorted after I had wrote here about the problem. When I thought everything was sorted, boy little did I know that cell c 's billing department is runed by incompetant people who do not know what they are doing. The billing problem to my account started in September 2012 and only was sorted in December 2012, after loads of phone calls to cell c. Surprise, surprise the same error occured again in my December billing. I have again called cell c in this regard and I was promised that some one will contact me in 48 hrs. Todate no body has ever bothered to contact me. How I wish I could terminate my contract with cell c with immediately effect. To say the lease cell c big time!
