Account Arrears after contract cancelled

This contract was opened in Aug 2007 and ended in 2009, I cancelled start of 2010, after they couldn't provide me with what I wanted. The fees was deducted until well after I cancelled. You'll see that I faxed this documents more than once, still nothing happened! I never received any upgrade. How many times do i need to fax it?
I would really like to know who in his right mind would upgrade a contract without getting a new phone? That is how they get YOUR clients to upgrade, by giving them a "free" phone. I went to a CellC branch to find out which phone I APPARENTLY got from them, and it was something I never even owned in my life. After the 2 year period I stopped using that contract, so ill not be told it's my fault for not using the contract. Unlike some people or companies im not out to rip people off!
Unfortunately I WILL NOT be subjected to being a victim of being ripped off! I will absolutely not pay that amount of money because of some incompetent employee of CELLC. In fact I would like my money back for the period after the end of that contract (with interest). Lets see if CellC will give away money for getting nothing.
