I'm totally disgusted with Cell C, i signed a 24 month contract with them but after it's over they're still deducting from my account, how do you do that Cell C? When a person wants to move from your network and the 24 months is not yet up, you're very quick to point that we signed a contract for 24 months, but when this 24 months is up and a person has fully and faithfully paid you deduct from their accounts??? I hope someone gets this and actually does something because i want my money back in my account within 2 days, i didn't sign or authorize anything other than 24 months and im sick and tired of this kind of service providers with nothing but bad service. i want my money back and written confirmation that this madness will not happen again...
