Contract phone in repairs for going onto 2 months!

I had a telkom mix contract (Blackberry) in March 2012. The phone went into repairs in December 2012 (Camera faulty) and was replaced with a new phone and collected during January. The phone went back into repairs in February (Track pad faulty) and is still not ready for collection (ref 142153). I asked the branch in Walmer Park (where the phone was send in) when the phone would be ready for collection and their reply was, "I don't know". The manager at the shop told me that the phone was rebooked due to incorrect serial no. (That was the phone received from Greenacres branch). There was neglience from internal work from 8ta and the consumer should not bare the burden. The monthly bills for the contract has been charged and paid and I have been without the blackberry for the duration of it being in repairs. The bis that comes with the contract has also not been in use (no blackberry to use) thus additional data had to be purchased. I have been without the phone for going onto the 3rd month now (in repairs). The service received from 8ta IS TERRIBLE! 8ta is not willing to replace my phone (preferable with a different model due such terrible service and going onto 2 months of waitin
