Handed in a my phone 3 weeks ago, was told that i would be back within 2 weeks. week and a half went by no communication from mtn, I then phoned them 3 days before my phone was meant to be returned, hoping that it would be back early The person i was dealing with told me that the phone had returned, and was not swapped out cause of a small scratch on the back cover of the phone, and it had been sitting there, she then asked me weather i wanted the phone to be fixed or not. i told that the phone had a problem and that I obviously want the phone to be fixed and she said that she would send the phone away which meant the phone would be gone for another week, when i asked her when the phone would return, she told me a week from the day I phoned her, I then gave the go ahead on the phone which was a the Monday then when a week had passed went back to MTN to collect my phone I was told that the phone was not back and in fact it had actually not gone in yet and it was leaving for repairs a whole week after than they had original had said to me. I was really disgusted whit how the manager spoke to me as a paying client
