Poor Service and Incorrect Charges

I took the Z10 Blackberry on a new contract (Smart 1 @ R358 pm) mid March.
The contract clearly states "FREE SIM AND CONNECTION WORTH R200".

Yesterday (03/04) I received my amount due via e-mail and I have been charged
R200 for a once of ACTIVATION FEE.

I called the call centre and a consultant tells me that all contracts has a once of fee and
I could not receive any further help.

My problem is that the deal states free sim and connection and if it did not why was I
not informed about this in store? This is unacceptable and the R200 that I was charged must
be refunded.
