Where is my laptop>>>once again

A couple of weeks ago I approached hellopeter to help me find my laptop that I received with my
renewed cellphone contract at Autopage. Within 10 days a laptop was delivered to my nearest town!
My joy was short lived...
I could not connect to the laptop. Took it to a computer specialist, who then told me that the laptop
required a password. I gave my password, but to no avail!
It seems that this is not my original laptop and that this replacement belonged to someone else (hence
the password) So I have been sent a laptop that is not new AND I cannot gain entry to continue my
business. In the mean time I am paying for it on my contract.
Needless to say, the call centre has been unable to assist... as was the case when I was looking for my
laptop. I am near to pulling out my hair from frustration!!! My work program is now almost 6 months behind.
I am at my witts end.
PLEASE HELP!!!
