Applied twice online for Mweb ADSL package. Mweb never bothered to come back to me on both occasions. I had to phone their help line and had to try again as there was no reply after waiting 5 minutes. The first time it was cancelled due to a problem with Telkom and Mweb never let me know. I then sorted out the prob with Telkom and reapplied on the Mweb online website..After waiting 6 days for aresponse from mweb after their first initial sms "promising feedback shortly" I finally get through and I am told that I might not get ADSL as there is a problem with ports in my area from Telkom side. I did ask Telkom before I applied for the telephone line if ADSL would be available and they confirmed that there should be no prob in getting ADSL!!! I did not find Mweb representatives very helpful at all. Strangely I have found Telkom much more helpfull then Mweb. If it was not for the fact that Mweb is the only ISP offering uncapped ADSL I would be running to another service provider.
