I applied for a new line with cell c direct on the 18 March 2013 and since finding out they had no stock of the Iphone 5, changed the phone to the Iphone 4s and have had issues with cellc direct to get the phone because they can not do things correct first time, the first delay was cause they never stated wich phone to dispatch and now the order has been cancelled due to there fault how is this customer service. I would like this problem resolved asap and would like my orginal phone I wanted Iphone 5 and be able to collect it as it is alomost a month and nothing is happening.
