After I cancelled my Cell C get in January I was assured it was cancelled. Mogahmit calls me and says its not due to his fault tells me this wonderful story and I give him the benefit of the doubt and say I will try it again. Then it doesn't work again. So I pay since Jan to now for something that shouldn't of been paid for. I receive a sms saying my lines will be switched off. The debit orders went off, I emailed it to Ayanda and asked if there is a extra balance can she please advise so I can do an EFT. STILL NOTHING. If these lines are switched off due to the negligence of Cell C staff I will not leave this here. I am at the point where I will get better service from Carte Blanche. I have been patient and friendly and understanding but it is not getting me anywhere. When will someone phone me. You keep saying so sorry Ayanda will call you but ABSOLUTELY NO CALLS. I also have a blackberry bought from Cell C and it just stopped working. It is still under warranty and I still have the packaging etc but the cell phone shop says they cant help me. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE This is getting ridiculous
