Here we are again, useless service from Afrihost! I had a client that registered a domain from Afrihost, only to realise the limitation and no database. I then tried to move the domain fro the client to a better hosting company. Afrihost only allowed me to update the DNS setting and set when the account contract is finish it will be deleted and moved. The account was deleted on the 30th of March, but they locked the domain and been trying for 3 days now to resolve this. NO ONE reply's on the emails, if you phone they say you caller number 20 please hold on or 30. I don't have the time or money to waste on their bad service!
I have had numerous problems with Afrihost, they refuse or delays the process on purpose, they really do not care about customers!
