PORTING FROM AUTOPAGE TO CELL C

All I want is my business number ported from Autopage Contract to a New Cell C contract.

I have been waiting 3 weeks and NOBODY seems to know how to do this or what to do.

They port and then it declines, The blame is going from Autopage to MTN and frankly Im not concerned who is to blame, I would just like my port to happen.

I have spoken to the store more than 4 times per day in the last 3 weeks, I have contacted a Melissa on 021 935 7090 / 084 161 7092 who is getting back to me and no response beside that it is in the porting que - the number has been engaged for a solid day so far.

I have contacted 084 767 8287 porting customer care (Mthoko), who believes I should have a cell c sim card, or the port will never happen and my current phone should be disconnected before cell c can port. I run my business from this number, I cannot have it off for an indefinite time.

I have spoken to Lerato from escalations and awaiting her feed back.

I have tried to call various other cell c numbers from the internet and nobody answers the phone.

I dont know which way to go. Autopage wont assist as they not the ones porting.
