WHY AM I STILL BEING BILLED?

I would like to enquire why I am still being billed R 159 a month for BIS service and my cellphone contract that should have ended a while back.

I cancelled BIS for the number 082 number on 28 January 2013. I note that just today I was billed R 159 which I assume R 100 towards cellphone and R59 towards BIS! Please explain!
