My data contracted (0845896786) has expired and on the 20th Dec 2012, I went to century city branch to cancel my contract/debit orders. The guy at the shop gave me a copy of the cancellation and faxed the other to the cancellation and told me I would receive confirmation via SMS or email.
I still haven't received any confirmation of cancellation and I am still getting debited for January.
I phoned the call center yesterday (Monday 14 Jan) and Today (Tues 15 Jan) to check if there is any cancellation on my contract which they said there is none. I sent them a copy of the cancellation letter that I was given at the shop.
Please can someone look into this issue as it is fine for my debit order to come off for January but I am not paying for February. I did what was required and it is not my fault if Cell C cannot find or did not receive the cancellation.
Please cancel my contract as it has expired and I am not using it and ensure the debit orders are cancelled with immediate effect (back dated 20th December) as I am not waiting another 30 days for cancellation and I will not accept being debited again for February
