Account received after Account was closed

My husband died on 9 December 2012
On 11/01/2013 I visited Telkom at Paarl Branch in Cape Town.
I paid R955.21 and closed the Account in total.
The lady told me that I will still receive one "small" Account.
On 4 Febr 2013 I received a total Account for R1019.25 ADSL included.
Please investigate!!!
